We understand that investing in concrete work is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident in choosing us. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, and service disputes.

All Sales Final After Work Begins
Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final once the physical work has begun. Concrete services involve materials, labor, scheduling, and custom work that cannot be undone or reused once started. Once we commence with demolition, pouring, forming, or finishing, refunds are no longer available.
Cancellation Before Project Start
Clients may cancel their project up to 72 hours before the scheduled start date for a full refund, minus any consultation, design, or planning fees already incurred. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion, based on time, materials, and labor already allocated.
Deposits
Most projects require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your start date and cover initial project planning. This deposit secures materials, labor, and schedule commitments. The deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to perform the work as agreed.
Satisfaction Concerns
If you are not satisfied with any part of the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will assess the concern and determine whether a touch-up, repair, or adjustment is needed. While refunds are not guaranteed at this stage, we are committed to resolving reasonable issues fairly and promptly.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted under rare circumstances, such as:
- The project is canceled by Sargent Concrete Contractors before work begins.
- We are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen site conditions or permit restrictions.
- A billing error or duplicate charge has occurred.
Each situation will be reviewed individually, and documentation may be required.
