When a single section of a concrete driveway or sidewalk drops significantly, it indicates that the underlying aggregate base has been severely eroded or washed away by poor drainage. Our full-depth concrete repair process involves cutting a clean vertical perimeter around the compromised slab using specialized diamond saws. We remove the failed concrete, excavate the soft sub-grade, pack in fresh crushed stone base, and compact it down to maximum load density. We then pour high-PSI concrete reinforced with rebar, leveling it flush with the surrounding panels.
